摘要 开沟器是油菜播种机的核心部件,它影响着播种机的工作性能、油菜出芽率。为改善开沟器的入土性能和减小开沟器工作阻力,本文运用LS—dyna软件对小型手扶式油菜播种机的开沟器切削土壤进行仿真。结果表明:开沟器以0.84m·s-1前进和15rad·s-1旋转时,单个开沟器切削土壤的切削力最大值为11.8N;土壤的最大等效应力主要集中在开沟器与土壤的接触位置处。通过理论计算验证仿真的合理性,此研究为油菜播种机参数优化设计提供参考。 Colter is the core component of coleseed seeder,which affects the working performance of seeder and coleseed sprouting rate.In order to improve the soil piercing performance and reduce the working resistance of the colter,the simulation of cutting soil by single-disc colter of small working coleseed seeder was conducted using the LS—dyna software.When the colter is forwarding with 0.84m/s and rotating at 15rad/s,the maximum cutting force is 11.8Nwith a single-disc colter,and the maximum equivalent stress of the soil are mainly concentrated in the contact location of single-disc colter and soil.The rationality of the simulation was verified by theoretical calculation,and the study provides reference for coleseed seeder parameters optimization design.
