摘要
对苎麻茎秆进行单茎秆切割试验分析,获得不同切割刀片和切割形式下切割苎麻单茎秆所需的最大切割驱动力和切割功耗。试验结果表明,当用锯齿刃长刀片(120mm)双刀片以剪的形式切割苎麻单茎秆时,其最大切割驱动力和切割功耗最大;当用光刃短刀片(81mm)单刀片以挤压的形式切割苎麻单茎秆时,其最大切割驱动力和切割功耗最小。
The maximum cutting driving force and cutting power dissipation of single stalk cutting of ramie by different cutting blades and different forms were obtained.The two maximums can be reached when the single stalk of ramie stalk is sheared with double serrated 120 mm long blades.The two minimums can be reached when the single stalk of ramie stalk is sheared with a single smooth 81 mm long blade.
