摘要
针对现阶段葡萄果园入春时期挖藤劳动强度大、人工作业效率低的特点,研制了一种与拖拉机配套使用的圆锥螺旋式葡萄园挖藤装置;分析了该装置的圆锥形螺旋结构参数和主要运动参数,从力学角度研究双螺旋式的挖藤清土原理,为入春葡萄挖藤机的工作参数和结构设计与确定提供了理论依据。
Aiming at the characteristics of high labor intensity and low operating efficiency of the grape vine digging in spring,a conical spiral vineyard tractor was developed,and the conical spiral structure parameters and the major motion parameters were analyzed.The double spiral vine digging and soil clearing principle was studied from the mechanical point,and it provides a theoretical basis for determining the operating parameters and structural design of the spring grape vine digging machine.
