3WPZ—1600型玉米高架自走式喷药机的研制

Research on 3WPZ—1600 type elevated self-propelled spraying machine for corn

针对玉米近年来病虫害泛滥,而最佳施药期植保机械底盘较低或价格昂贵的问题,设计一台离地间隙高达2m的玉米高架自走式喷药机,该机采用42马力拖拉机作为动力,利用双排链条作为动力传输,并将可调株距式折叠喷杆机构作为施药机构,可适用于50cm×50cm、50cm×60cm、50cm×70cm等多种玉米种植模式。田间试验结果表明,该机作业稳定可靠,作业效率达到2hm2/h,能够较好的满足农户的要求。

It was designed considering the requirement of crop protection operations for corn in the late time.It＇s overall structure,working devices and main technical parameters were introduced.Through the field test,the efficiency of this machine reached 2hm2/h,which can better meet the needs of farmers.
