摘要
自卸车在实际使用过程中常发生整车振动明显的情况,此时表明整车固有频率可能与路面或发动机激励耦合。车架作为整车的承载体,其振动特性直接关系到整车动态特性的优劣,故本文对重型自卸车车架的动态特性做了分析研究。基于车架的动态特性分析,对其进行优化设计和优化前后的车架进行了有限元模态计算与分析,并进行了道路试验测试。对比分析结果表明,优化方案可行且结果基本达到预设要求。
The distinct vibration of the whole dump truck usually happens in actual use,which indicates that the natural frequency of the truck and the excitation frequency of the road and the engine may overlap.Frame,as the bearing of the truck,the quality of its vibration characteristics is directly related to the vibration performance of the truck.Therefore,the dynamic characteristics about the truck's frame were researched and the optimized design was proposed based on the result of dynamic characteristics.The finite element(FE)modal calculation and analysis of the frame were conducted before and after optimizing by FE software as well as the road experiment.Comparing the performances of each frame,the optimization program is feasible and the result reaches the preset requirements.
