摘要
目前国内对橡胶树皮厚度的测量研究很少,且对于测量装置的研究更少。传统的测量方法效率低且对于橡胶树皮损伤较大,还会影响后续的割胶工作。基于容栅传感的机理设计了橡胶树皮厚度测量仪,为验证本橡胶树皮厚度测量仪的测量效果优于传统的测量系统,进行了橡胶树皮厚度测量仪的特性实验。对不同的橡胶树在相同大小的面积内进行树皮厚度多次测量,得出了测量数据的标准偏差和变异系数值。通过对测量数据的对比与分析,与传统的测量方式相比,该橡胶树皮厚度测量仪的稳定性高、测量精度高,测量效率平均提高了17倍。
The method of traditional measuring has low efficiency,bigger rubber bark damage,and will affect the tapping work in subsequent.The device for automatic measuring based on mechanism of capacitive technology was designed,in order to verify the automatic measuring system is better than the traditional one,the properties experiment was conducted.Different thickness rubber tree barks were measured in the area of same size,and the standard deviation and variation coefficient value were obtained by multiple measurements.Through the comparison and analysis on the measured data,compared with the traditional measurement,this system has high stability,high precision,and its measuring efficiency was improved by 17 times averagely.
