战略型领导行为对员工工作态度的影响机制——基于劳资关系氛围的视角 被引量:5

The Influence Mechanism of Strategic Leadership on Employee Job Attitudes——Based on the Perspective of Industrial Relations Climate

摘要 战略型领导行为是否会通过劳资关系氛围中介作用对员工工作态度产生影响?文章以315名员工及对应领导者为研究样本,采用结构方程模型方法探析战略型领导行为、员工工作态度与劳资关系氛围各维度之间的关系。研究表明:战略型领导行为通过劳资关系氛围作为中介变量对员工工作态度具有显著影响作用;劳资关系氛围中的和谐性、即时性和冷漠性三个维度在战略型领导行为与员工工作态度之间起到了中介作用;任务导向和关系导向的战略型领导行为对劳资关系氛围和员工工作态度的不同维度产生影响作用的路径具有差异性。 Whether does strategic leadership influence employee job attitudes through the mediating role of industrial relations climateThis study took 315 employees and their leaders as the research sample. Structural equation modeling was used to examine the specific relations between different dimensions of strategic leadership,employee job attitudes and industrial relations climate. The results show that strategic leadership has a significant impact on employee job attitudes through the mediating variable of industrial relations climate,three dimensions of industrial relations climate:harmony,promptness and apathy,play mediating roles in the relationship between strategic leadership and employee job attitudes,and task-oriented and relationship-oriented strategic leadership has different impacts on different dimensions of industrial relations climate and employee job attitudes.
