摘要
在低碳经济已经到来的时代,建立全企业CO2减排和节能的双重管控体系将是钢铁等工序能耗型企业的必然选择。文章提出了企业碳能管控中心概念,采用系统工程的理论方法对企业碳能管控中心建设的思想路线进行探讨,认为研究钢铁企业生产过程中碳元素的变化过程是钢铁企业节能减排工作的关键。最终,对企业碳能管控中心的构建平台以及应用功能进行设想,为企业碳能管控中心的建设提供了参考。
The establishment of both management systems on reducing CO2 emissionand energy- saving is an inescapable choice for steel and other process energy consumption companies. The concept of carbon- energy management center was defined,and the idea of carbon- energy management center's establishment was discussed by using system engineering methodology. The key of reducing CO2 emissionand energy- saving was considered as researching the changing of C element during steel making process. At last,the platform 's conformation and application of carbon- energy management center were assumed,as a reference for construction.
