摘要
通过水模实验,以平均停留时间、活塞区体积特征时间为衡量标准,研究不同形状的湍流控制器在不同挡墙与导流孔的组合下对中间包内流体流动的影响,得出无挡墙、直挡墙、U挡墙和弧挡墙下湍流控制器与挡墙导流孔的优化组合,优化中间包内流体流动。
By water model experiment,using the average residence time and the volume of the piston area as measurement standard,the influence of the combination of different retaining walls and diversion holes on the flow with different turbulence inhibitors of tundish was analyzed. The best combination of turbulence inhibitor and diversion holes of no- retaining wall,straight retaining wall,U- retaining wall and arc retaining wall was conclude,in order to optimize the fluid flow in tundish.
