带有中间传热体的电阻炉强化传热研究

摘要 中间传热体作为强化传热元件已经在工程上得到了应用,但其在理论上的分析还不完善。利用计算流体动力学软件FLUENT建立了加热炉内传热过程的数学模型,借助辐射式电阻炉内无气体燃烧、传热过程相对简单的特点,通过采用非稳态、离散坐标辐射模型,模拟了钢坯在炉顶加装不同形状中间传热体的电阻炉内的升温过程,验证了不同形状中间传热体的节能效果。 Indirect heat transfer bodies as strengthening heat transfer elements already have been applied in engineering,but the analysis is not perfect in theory. Through the use of computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT,the mathematical model of heating furnace' s heat transfer process was established. The radiation resistance furnace was chosen as the simulation object for there is no combustion and heat transfer process is relatively simple,and the non- steady state and discrete ordinates methods were adopted. Through setting different shapes of indirect heat transfer bodies in the resistance furnace to simulate the heating process of steel billets,the energy- saving effect of different shapes of indirect heat transfer bodies was verified.
