国医大师阮士怡辨治心血管病用药经验撷拾

Medication Experience Summury of Professor RUAN Shiyi Treating Cardiovascular Diseases TCM

阮士怡教授从医70余载,为第二届国医大师,汇通中西,专于中西医结合辨治老年病、心血管疾病。阮教授在辨治心血管病时,以气血为根,脾肾为本,痰浊为标,在辨病与辨证相结合的基础上,灵活合理运用具有益气活血、益肾健脾和软坚散结功效的中药,同时结合中药的现代药理研究成果,发挥中药特殊功效,拓宽中医药应用范围。文章撷拾整理阮士怡教授辨治心血管病的用药经验,以飨同道。

Professor RUAN Shiyi,one of the national TCM masters,has been devoting over 70 years to medicine. He has been settling down to appling integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine to treat geriatric and cardiovascular diseases. Taking Qi and blood as basis of the body,spleen and kidney as the source of origin and the phlegm as branch,professor RUAN Shiyi properly uses Chinese herbs for supplementing Qi and activating blood,nourishing spleen and kidney,dissipating hard mass by syndrome differentiation and treatment variation. Furthermore,he broadens the application of Chinese herbal medicine. In this paper,we summarized TCM medication experience of professor RUAN Shiyi treating cardiovascular diseases for co- learning.
