阿尔茨海默病采用复方海蛇胶囊治疗与护理干预

Alzheimer's Disease Using Compound Haishe Capsule and Therapeutic Effect of Nursing Intervention

目的:探讨复方海蛇胶囊与护理干预治疗阿尔茨海默病临床疗效。方法:截取本院2014年1月—2015年2月86例阿尔茨海默病患者按照随机数字表法分组为对照组与治疗组,各43例。对照组采用多奈哌齐治疗;治疗组采用复方海蛇胶囊治疗,同时实施护理干预。观察两组患者治疗前、后认知功能及日常生活能力评分变化、不良反应。结果:两组患者治疗后MMSE各项评分及ADL评分均较治疗前明显改善,但治疗组各项评分改善较对照组显著,具有统计学意义,P<0.05;治疗组不良反应者1例,不良反应率为2.3%略低于对照组2例,4.7%,但无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:相比多奈哌齐治疗阿尔茨海默病患者来说,应用复方海蛇胶囊与护理干预治疗可更好地改善其认知功能,提高其日常生活质量,且安全,因此值得进一步研究与推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Compound Haishe Capsules and nursing intervention for Alzheimer＇ s disease. Methods： In our hospital during January 2014- February 2015,86 cases of Alzheimer＇ s disease patients were randomly grouped to the control group and the treatment group,43 cases in each. The control group received donepezil therapy and Compound Haishe Capsules and nursing intervention were given to the treatment group. We observed cognitive function and activities of daily living score changes and adverse reactions before and after treatment. Results： After treatment,the MMSE score and ADL scores were significantly improved,but the treatment group＇ s improved with statistical significance,P 〈0. 05. One case with adverse reactions was in the treatment group and the adverse reactions rate was 2. 3% which was slightly lower than the control group＇s（ 2 cases,4. 7%）,without statistical significance,P〉0. 05. Conclusion： Compared to donepezil treatment of Alzheimer＇ s disease,the application of Compound Haishe Capsules and nursing intervention can improve their cognitive function better and improve their daily quality of life. It is safe,and therefore worthy of further research and extension.
