益气活血方对冠心病心气虚证大鼠模型血浆环磷酸腺苷含量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨益气活血方对经冠状动脉结扎联合左旋硝基精氨酸灌服建立的冠心病心气虚证病证结合大鼠模型血浆环磷酸腺苷含量变化的影响及意义。方法:将大鼠随机分为空白组、假手术组、模型组、西药组和益气活血方低、中、高剂量组,西药组在造模后行盐酸地尔硫卓治疗,中药组行不同浓度的益气活血方治疗。所有大鼠最后取腹主动脉血检测血浆环磷酸腺苷含量。结果:与模型组比较,益气活血方组血浆环磷酸腺苷含量明显降低(P<0.05),其中益气活血方高剂量组差异最大(P<0.01)。西药组血浆环磷酸腺苷含量比模型组降低,但降低幅度较小(P>0.05)。结论:益气活血方能降低冠心病心气虚证大鼠血浆环磷酸腺苷含量,比盐酸地尔硫卓影响更大,降低大鼠环磷酸腺苷含量可能是其作用机制之一。 Objective: To discuss Yiqi Huoxue Formula on plasma cyclic adenosine monophosphate( c AMP) of the coronary heart disease( CHD) heart qi deficiency syndrome rats model by coronary artery ligation combined sinistral nitro arginine irrigation suits. Methods: Rats were randomly divided into blank group and control group,model group and western medicine group and Yiqi Huoxue Formula high,medium and low dose groups. Western medicine group used diltiazem hydrochloride and Chinese medicine groups were given different concentrations of Yiqi Huoxue Formula. Take abdominal aorta of rats blood to detect plasma adenosine phosphate content. Results: Compared with model group,Yiqi Huoxue Formula groups' c AMP content was significantly decreased( P〈 0. 05),among which the most obvious difference was in Yiqi Huoxue Formula high- dose group( P 〈0. 01). The western medicine group's c AMP content was lower than that of the model group,but the reduce degree was the smallest( P 〉0. 05). Conclusion: Yiqi Huoxue Formula can reduce c AMP content of qi deficiency syndrome in rats with coronary heart disease and has more influence than diltiazem hydrochloride. Reducing rats c AMP levels may be one of its mechanisms.
