中药有效成分及其配伍对实验性类风湿关节炎治疗作用的研究进展

Development of Effective Ingredients from Chinese Herbs and Their Compatibility on Experiment Rheumatoid Arthritis

类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种全身性自身免疫性疾病,为难治性疾病之一,中药及其有效成分治疗RA具有疗效确切、不良反应少的优势,近年来,国内外针对中药有效成分及有效成分配伍抗RA进行了大量的实验和临床研究工作,很多中药的活性成分及其作用机制逐步阐明,开发出以青藤碱注射液、雷公藤多苷片和白芍总苷片为主的靶点明确、疗效确切的中药治疗药物,具有良好的应用发展前景。动物模型在认识RA的病因和发病机制中起重要作用,在多种评价抗RA药物作用的动物模型中,作者认为应用Ⅱ型胶原蛋白混合弗氏佐剂诱导的胶原诱导性关节炎(collagen-induced arthritis,CIA)模型是目前公认的筛选和研究治疗RA药物的理想模型。故文章对中药有效成分治疗以CIA为代表的RA实验模型的基础研究进展进行综合评述,并对研究中存在的问题和今后的发展趋势进行探讨。

Rheumatoid arthritis（ RA） is a systemic autoimmune disease,which is one of refractory diseases. Traditional Chinese medicine and its effective ingredients from Chinese herbs have advantages of precise curative effect,few side effects and play a significant role in the treatment of RA. In recent years,there has been a large number of experimental and clinical researches about treatment with the active ingredients in Chinese medicine and compatibility of RA both at home and abroad. A lot of the active ingredients extracted from traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） and the action mechanism are gradually clarified. So people have developed drugs which are mainly involved with sinomenine injection,tripterygium glycosides tablets and total glycosides of paeonia tablets,which are characterized by clear targets and efficacy with a good application prospect. Animal models play an important role in the etiology and pathogenesis of RA. In a variety of animal models about evaluating the medicines for the therapy of RA,the author thinks that the type Ⅱ collagen mixed freund＇s adjuvant arthritis（ collagen- induced arthritis,CIA） model is currently recognized as the ideal model to screen and research drug treatment on RA. This paper comprehensively reviewed the basic research development about effective ingredients from Chinese medicine in treating RA experimental model which is represented by CIA,and discussed the existing problems and prospects which should be paid attention to in the research in the future.
