Using modern industrial design methods and modular design idea can design a type of functional intelligent helmet to adapt to different areas of work demand.By using the method of example analysis, the applicability of modular intelligent helmet is verified in full consideration of man-machine.With the promotion of modern manufacturing complexity as well as the development of intelligent chip and sensor, the design of modern helmet is showing more and more strong modular intelligent design trend.
