介绍了应用于皮革涂饰剂的高浓度水性色浆的基本制备工艺。详细论述了水性色浆应用于皮革涂饰需要满足的性能。色浆的p H值、黏度、粒径和粒径分布及存储稳定性是基本性能,而色浆在皮革涂饰剂中的兼容性、涂饰适性、耐迁移性及对涂饰剂耐候性的影响都是重要的应用性能。色浆的重金属含量、多环芳香烃、APEO、VOC、甲醛、邻苯二甲酸盐、偶氮以及有机锡的要求是环保性能的重要指标。在水性色浆配方研发及生产中,必须满足上述性能。
Basic preparation processes of high content water-based pigment paste used in leather finishing agent were described. Performances which the water-based pigment paste should meet were described in detail. The pH value, viscosity,particle size and particle size distribution, and storage stability is the basic properties of water-based pigment paste. Compatibility, finishing adaptability, resistance to color migration and weather fastness are its important application performances. The content of heavy metal, polyeyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, APEO, VOC, formaldehyde, phthalates, azo dyestuffs and organic tin in the water- based pigment paste are significant indicators of environmental performance. All of the above performances should be met in the research and production of water-based pigment paste.
