摘要
目的了解护理学专业本科新生的专业认知及其影响因素。方法运用质性研究方法,对浙江省某高校护理学专业的14名本科新生进行半结构式深入访谈,现场录音及笔录,运用Colaizzi的关于现象学资料的7步分析法对收集的资料进行分析。结果护理学专业本科新生的专业认知及其影响因素可归纳为以下几个主题:(1)专业选择茫然;(2)感到失落;(3)调整心态。结论护理学专业本科新生的专业认知会随着其对专业的深入接触而发生改变,护理教育者应采取针对性的措施,帮助新生建立积极的护理专业认知,稳定其专业思想,以有利于护理队伍的良性发展。
Objective To understand nursing profession cognition and its influencing factors of nursing un-dergraduate freshmen .Methods Totally 14 nursing freshmen were selected and investigated by semi-struc-tured in-depth interviews ,and the data were analyzed by the colaizzi 7 steps of phenomenological data anal-ysis .Results Three themes were extracted:puzzling in choosing major ,feeling frustrated ,and psychologi-cal adjustion .Conclusion The nursing profession cognition of nursing undergraduate freshmen will change after they start to get to know the profession .Nursing educators should adopt targeted education measures to help students establish positive perceptions of nursing ,stabilize nursing students’ profession perceptions promote the benign development of the nursing team .
