摘要 微小核糖核酸(microRNA,miRNA)是一类长度约为21~23个核苷酸(nucleotide,nt)的内源性小单链非编码RNA,在机体进化过程中高度保守,通过转录后调节机制参与机体各器官的生物学功能。miRNAs介导的基因表达在维持正常的细胞周期、分化、凋亡、代谢等方面发挥着作用。成熟的miRNA通过完全或不完全互补3'端UTR片段与靶mRNA结合,其互补性主要取决于miRNA5’端的第2位到第8位核苷酸序列(seed sequence)。
