摘要
对调味品中大肠菌群检验的不确定度进行评定。本次实验的扩展不确定度为0.0749,此方法适合于同类产品大肠茵群检验结果不确定度的评定。
The testing uncertainty of coliform group in condiment was evaluated. The expanded uncertainty was 0.251 in this experiment. This method is suitable for uncertainty evaluation for testing of coliforms in the similar products.
