摘要
本文讲述了用微波消解ICP—MS测定稻谷中镉含量时,镉的同位素111Cd与114Cd测定结果出现差异的原因:是微波消解时使用了2mL优级纯的过氧化氢,过氧化氢中锡元素的本底含量高,含(300—700)ng/mL,对稻谷中镉的贡献不一;解决111Cd与114Cd测定结果的差异的方法:微波消解时可不使用过氧化氢,只用硝酸进行微波消解处理。
This paper tells the story of using microwave digestion icp-ms determination of cadmium content in rice, isotopes of cadmium in 111 and 111 CD CD determination: the reason for the difference between the results is used when microwave 2 mL excellent level of pure hydrogen peroxide, hydrogen peroxide in the high content of tin element background, containing (300 - 700) ng/mL, different contribution to the cadmium in rice; 111 CD and 114 CD determination results difference methods: microwave digestions don't use hydrogen peroxide, microwave digestion processing with nitric acid.
