教师资格“国考”背景下全科师范生培养的问题与出路 被引量:7

摘要 教师资格"国考"新形势给高校全科型师范生培养带来一系列需要思考的问题:培养取向上是应全面提升师范生素养还是考试通过率先行;课程教学上是改革原有方案还是需要增设专门的培训;培养目标上是满足于培养能通过国考的合格师资还是培养多科、全科型的优秀师资。在对问题进行剖析的基础上提出:应以国考为导向将素质教育与适当培训相结合;以国考为参照有效改革课程与教学,实现对接;以国考为底线分层次有梯度设定人才培养目标。 Nowadays, the teacher certification examination has become a national examination. It also raised a series of questions for training normal school students who learn to teach all subjects. Should we train the normal school students for enhancing their attainment or passing test? Should we change the old teaching program or increase more training? Should we train qualified teachers who pass the examination or excellent teachers who can teach all subjects? On the basis of these researches, we should take some measures as follows: combine proper training with quality education under background of national examination - oriented; reform the teaching basing on the requirement of the national examination ; reset gradient teaching aims basing on the minimum requirement of the national examination.
