本文根据小儿发育迟缓的临床特点,对其中西医病名、病因、分类、诊断策略、治疗与康复及容易忽略的问题等文献资料进行综述与归纳。小儿发育迟缓的临床表现多样,病因复杂,诊断困难,贵在早期发现、早期诊断、早期干预。

Based on the clinical characteristics of infantile developmental retardation,the author reviewed and summarized literature on etiology,classification,diagnosis,treatment,rehabilitation and problems easily ignored of children with developmental delays.Infantile developmental retardation is with diverse clinical manifestations,complex etiology and difficult diagnosis,which requires early detection,early diagnosis and early intervention.
