某院2004～2011年新生患儿转运和非转运住院死亡率分析

Analysis of the neonatal death between transport and non-transport from 2004 to 2011 in a hospital

目的探讨NICU在提高新生儿救治水平中的作用。方法通过实施新生儿转运系统,比较应用前后的新生儿死亡率、死因及住院时间。结果转运与非转运新生儿死亡率存在差异,但死亡率分析以及住院时间无差异。结论 NICU可提高新生儿转运救护的成功率。

Objective To explore the role of NICU in improving the level of treatment in newborns.Methods Before and after implementing the neonatal transport system,the mortality,death cause and hospitalization time were compared.ResultsThere were differences in the neonatal mortality between the transport and non-transport,but there were no differences in the death cause and hospitalization time.Conclusion NICU can improve the success rate of neonatal transfer rescue.
