产期母婴保健师护理干预对婴儿健康发育的影响

Influence of nursing intervention by healthcare nurse for mother and child in perinatal period on the development of babies

目的总结产期母婴保健师护理干预对正常足月婴儿健康的影响。方法将92名有产期母婴保健师陪护及87名无产期母婴保健师陪护的正常足月婴儿进行比较,内容包括出生42d体质量、身长、出生后喂养方式、疾病(上呼吸道感染、肺炎、鹅口疮、腹泻、便秘)、皮肤感染、意外伤害(溢乳、坠床)等。结果有产期母婴保健师陪护组家庭婴儿出生后42d身长、体质量和增加幅度均显著提高(P<0.01),正确母乳喂养比率高,婴儿皮肤感染、疾病与意外伤害发生率显著降低(均P<0.01)。结论产期母婴保健师护理有助于提高婴儿的健康水平。

Objective To summarize the influence of maternal and child health nursing on full-term infant health by healthcare nurses in perinatal period.Methods Totally 92 full-term infants with the nurses are compared to 87 infants without nurses,including feeding modes,diseases,accidents,weight and height at 42 days after birth.Results In the infants with nurses,babies were taller and heavier,with a higher rate of correct breastfeeding（P〈0.01）;the incidence of skin infection,diseases and accidents was significantly decreased（all P〈0.01）,compared with the infants without nurses.Conclusion The nursing of perinatal maternal and child healthcare nurses is helpful to improve the health level of the infants.
