摘要
当前,以法官员额制为基础的司法改革开始进入深水区,而这也意味着与其相配套的法官薪酬体系改革将被推向一个新的高度。但是,我国法官职业群体的薪酬待遇低已是不争的事实。因此,在这样的背景下有必要构建合理的法官薪酬体系,科学定位薪酬水平,建立动态薪酬调整机制,优化福利待遇,保障法官生活,激励法官努力工作,确保员额制改革顺利进行。
Now,the judicial reform based on the system of judges' specified number of personnel starts into the deep area,which means that the reform of judges' wages- safeguarding will be a new level. However,it's clear that the low wage has become a big challenge for judges. So,it's necessary to build a reasonable wages- safeguarding system for judges to inspire them to work hard and ensure their life and the judicial reform smoothly,including scientific positioning the salary level,building dynamic salary adjustment mechanism and optimizing their benefits.
