摘要
目的:为保证管电压测量数据的精度,研究探讨管电压测量仪的测试和调整方法,实现非接入式管电压测量仪的测量精度。方法:利用X射线发生装置、高压分压箱、A/D转换盒和计算机组成测试装置,采用直接比较的方法,通过测量和计算得到非接入式管电压测量仪调整的比例因子,并采用计算机程序通过USB接口对管电压测量仪进行调整。结果:通过比较调整前后的测量误差,可以看出调整后的测量误差明显减小。结论:管电压测量仪的测试和调整方法能够满足非接入式管电压测量仪测试的需要。
Objective: Non-invasive X-ray tube voltage measuring instrument is widely used in QC methods. It is necessary to study on the testing method and setting up a device to correct the instrument. Methods: A set of device composed of x-ray generator, high tension divider, A/D converter and a computer is established. The direct comparison method is adopted. The scaling factor is calculated by measuring the indicating value and the standard value.The correction is performed through USB port by using software. Results: It comes true that the measurement errors are reduced after the non-invasive measurement is corrected in according with comparative analysis of the measurement outcome between before and after adjustment. Conclusion: This method can meet the need of non-invasive X-ray tube voltage measuring instrument.
