生物反馈电刺激结合药物治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察生物反馈电刺激结合药物治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的疗效。方法:选择126例Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者,按照数字随机列表法将其分为对照组和电刺激组,每组63例。对照组采用口服坦索罗辛治疗,电刺激组在对照组治疗基础上加用UROSTYMTM型生物反馈电刺激治疗仪治疗。采用美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺症状指数(NIH-CPSI)对两组患者治疗前后进行评分和疗效判定。结果:1两组患者在平均年龄、前列腺特异抗原值、最大尿流率及残余尿量等一般资料上比较无差异;2两组患者治疗前疼痛、排尿症状、生活质量及NIH-CPSI总评分等指标比较无明显差异,治疗后以上指标均有明显改善,而电刺激组改善幅度更大,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(t=3.10,t=5.31,t=4.05,t=3.65;P<0.05);3治疗后对照组总有效率为73.02%,电刺激组总有效率为87.30%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(x2=4.04,P<0.05)。治疗期间两组患者均未发生明显不良反应。结论:生物反馈电刺激联合坦索罗辛治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎可增强患者参与治疗的积极性,且疗效可靠,为Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者的康复治疗开辟了新途径。 Objective: To observe the Clinical curative effects of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with drug in treatment of III prostatitis. Methods: One hundred and twenty two cases of patients with III prostatitis were choosed as the research objects in our hospital between March 2011 and March 2015, all patients was divided into control group and electrical stimulation group according to the digital random list method, 63 cases in each group. The patients were treated with terazosin in control group, UROSTYMTM biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy apparatus combined with terazosin in electrical stimulation group. The symptom scores and curative effect evaluation were implemented by using NIH-CPSI. Results: 1There were no statistically significant difference of average age, prostate specific antigen value, maximum urinary flow rate, residual urine volume in two groups. 2Pain, micturition symptoms, quality of life, NIH-CPSI total score were no significant difference before treatment in two groups, all were improved significantly electrical stimulation group improved more, compared with control group, the differences were statistically significant(t=3.10, t=5.31, t=4.05, t=3.65; P〈0.05). 3Total effective rate was 73.02% after treatment in control group, and was 87.30% in electrical stimulation group,the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.04, P〈0.05). Obvious adverse reactions did not happened during the treatment in two groups. Conclusion: The treatment of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with Terazosin is safe and effective for III prostatitis,and enhance the enthusiasm of patients in treatment, develop the new avenues of treatment for III prostatitis.
