Construction and practice of nursing experimental teaching management system based on the competence-based education

目的:建立胜任力本位教育的护理实验教学管理体系,以提高学生的综合能力和素质。方法:运用胜任力本位教育理论和原则,按照实验教学运行中的主要环节,在教学过程、仪器设备、安全及实验室开放等方面制定管理制度和细则,明确各环节教师、技术人员及学生的管理职责和义务。结果:通过管理体系的设计、试运行、改进和确认,以强化学生能力培养为理念,初步建立了与胜任力本位教育改革相匹配的全新的实验教学管理体系。结论:科学、全面、优质及高效的管理体系,可最大限度地实现人、财、物的资源共享和效益最大化,为胜任力本位实验教学目标提供技术支持。

Objective： To construct nursing experimental teaching management system based on the competence-based education. Methods： Using competence-based education theory and principles, according to the main link in the experiment teaching, the management system and detailed rules were formulated in the teaching process, equipment, safety and laboratory opening. The management duties and obligations of teachers, technicians and students are clarified. Results： Through the design, trial operation, improvement and confirmation of management system, taking strengthening the cultivation of student＇s ability as a concept, the new experimental teaching management system based on the competence-based education was established. Conclusion： Scientific, overall, high quality, efficient management system can maximally realize resources sharing and benefit maximization, provide strong backing and technical support for competency-based experimental teaching goal.
