摘要
"人才红利"的实现需要培养大量创新型人才,高校应积极地进行招生录取机制、评价考核制度、师资队伍建设、学生参与科研创新活动以及教学内容和教学方式等方面的有益改革,探索出适合我国经济社会发展需要的创新型人才培养策略。
The realization of ＂talent bonus＂ needs the cultivation of a large number of innovative talents, universities should reform enrollment system, evaluation and assessment system ,faculty construction, students＇ participation of research and innovation activities, content of courses, teaching methods and so on so as to explore the strategies for cultivating innovative talents meeting the needs of economic and social development.
