播音与主持艺术专业是一门实践性很强的学科,它是伴随着我国广播电视事业的发展而不断完善、壮大。随着当今社会科技、经济的飞速发展,各种传播技术也在不断出现,这些新媒体与传统的广播、电视、报纸等融合在一起,为当今时代提供最快捷、方便的信息获取渠道。在这种环境下,播音与主持艺术专业学生能否适应媒介融合的大趋势,这给播音专业教育提出了一个新的课题。从媒介融合环境的特点入手,通过调查、分析,总结出适应媒介融合大环境的新型创新人才培养模式,为广播电视事业输送紧跟时代脚步的高素质人才。

Broadcasting and hosting art is a practical specialty which is growing fast with the development of Chinag radio and television industry. With the rapid development of social science, technology and economy, various communication technologies are emerging. New forms of media, together with broadcasting, television and newspaper provide the most efficient and convenient access to information. In this environment, whether the broadcasting and hosting art majors follow the trend of media convergence has become the new subject of the professional education. This paper summarizes the new innovative personnel training modes after careful investigation and analysis and aims to provide talents of high quality for radio and television services.
