刚挠结合板窗口处分层爆板影响因素研究

摘要 刚挠结合板在成品时揭盖,开窗在受热、真空环境下,压合状态不是很好(未压合区域内残余气体或者水汽),容易出现物理膨胀,膨胀到一定程度时引起单元内出现分层。本文通过试验方式,得到开窗区域面积大小、刚性板芯板厚度和图形、加工环境等产生爆板的相互关系,并给出了不同情况下的设计指引。 Rigid Flex PCB cover in the finished product process, open the window in heating, vacuum environment, pressure effect is not a very good, the residual gas or vapor residue in without pressing region, prone to physical expansion, expansion to a certain extent, cause the unit within the layered. In this paper, by way of test, get the relationship between the explosion board produced problem of the window area size, a rigid board core board thickness and pattern, processing environment produce and so on, and gives the design guidelines under different conditions.
