摘要
利用PLC编程采用查询表方式来实现模糊控制,带式输送机正常3台电机启动;当空载运行或负荷较小时(根据电流变化),控制系统能自动停掉1个电机,实现2个电机运行;当负荷逐渐增大到指定值时,能自动启动停掉的电机,实现动力补偿的作用,从而节约了电能的消耗,也间接地减少了设备的投入,降低的生产成本的投入。依照新桥煤矿实际,对上运强力带式输送机高效运行模式进行了分析。
In this paper, we use PLC programming with a lookup table to implement the fuzzy control, and the normal three motors start of the belt conveyor, when the no -load operation or load is low (according to current changes), the control system can automatically stop specified motor to achieve the two motors operation. When the load is gradually increased to the specified value, the stopped motor can automatically start, and achieve the role of the dynamic compensation, which is more intuitive, saving energy consumption, and indirectly reduces the equipment investment, and reduces the cost of production inputs. In this paper, according to the actual of Xinqiao Mine, we calculate the efficient operation mode running on powerful belt conveyor.
