摘要
为了进一步提高企业安全管理水平,从事故发生的根源开始分析,从源头开始采取措施,提出了基于危险源、隐患和应急的"三要素"安全管理理论,设计了1套以风险预控为核心,从事前预防和事后处理2方面着手,以危险源、隐患、应急管理为3大核心要素的企业安全管理体系,为企业安全管理提供了新思路。
In order to further improve the safety management level of enterprises, analyzing from the root cause of the accident, starting from the source, we proposed safety management theory of ＂three elements＂ based on hazard, hidden trouble and emergency, and designed the a set of enterprise＇s safety management system which took risk pre - control as the core, engaged in prevention and post - processing two aspects, hazards, hidden trouble, emergency management as three core elements. It provides a new thinking way for the safety management of enterprises.
