钻井液用液体润滑剂改性植物油(BZ-RH-Ⅰ) 被引量:2

摘要 以废弃植物油为原料,通过甲酰化、酯化等反应制得一种低凝固点、低荧光的润滑剂BZ-RH-I,并对其合成条件进行了优选和评价。评价结果表明,该润滑剂的荧光级别低于4级,凝固点低于-15℃,加量为钻井液体积0.5%时润滑系数降低率大于90%;在180℃高温老化后,该润滑剂的润滑系数降低率仍然大于85%,具有抗盐、抗温、低荧光、环境友好等特点以及原料来源广泛、合成成本低等优势。经350余口井的现场应用表明,润滑剂能够有效地降低钻井液和钻具间的摩擦阻力,与各种钻井液添加剂配伍性好,减轻了钻机负荷,可满足深井、大位移井、水平井等钻井作业要求。 With scraped vegetable oil used as raw material, a low freezing-point and low fluorescent lubricant - BZ-RH-1 - is synthesized through formylation, esterification and ester exchange reaction. Based on evaluation of the synthesis conditions, the fluorescence grade of BZ-RH-1 is below Grade 4 and the freezing point is lower than -15°C. Lubrication coefficient reduced rate is higher than 90 percent when added 0.5 percent (volume ratio) in the drilling fluid. After the 180°C high-temperature aging, the lubrication coefficient reduced rate is still higher than 85 percent, showing a series of characteristics, such as salt resistance, temperature resistance, low fluorescence and environmental friendliness. The lubricant has a wide range of sources for raw material and low cost for synthesis. Based on field application of more than 350 wells, the lubricant can effectively reduce friction between drilling fluid and drilling tools with a good compatibility with various drilling fluid additives. It reduces load of drilling rig and meets the demand for drilling service of deep wells, highly-deviated wells and horizontal wells.
