摘要
为了适应海上深井、超深井钻探作业,加快海洋装备国产化,设计开发了应用于自升式海洋钻井平台上的9000m海洋钻机系统,主要由天车、井架、钻台、绞车、钻台移动系统、钻井液循环净化系统、油水气管路系统、电气控制系统、井控系统等部分组成。该钻机系统结构先进、功能强、数字化程度高、重量轻、操作安全、移植性好,最大钩载为6750kN,满足300ft、400ft海洋平台的配备要求,同时可实现自动化钻具排放装置的安装需要,填补了我国高端海洋石油装备的一项空白。
To meet the demand for drilling of offshore deep wells and ultra-deep wells and accelerate localization of offshore equipment, the 9000-meter offshore drilling rig system is designed and developed, which is used for self-elevating offshore drilling platform. The rig system is composed of crown block, derrick, drilling floor, drawworks, drilling floor skidding system, drilling fluid circulation and purification system, oil, water and gas pipeline system, electrical control system and well control system. It is characterized for its advanced structure, powerful functions, high digitalization, light weight, operational safety and good transplantation capacity. The maximum hook load is 6750kN and able to meet the requirements of 300-feet and 400-feet offshore platforms. Meanwhile, it can satisfy the need for installation of automatic drilling tools, filling up a blank in domestic high-end offshore petroleum equipment.
