摘要 液化天然气接收站具有流程复杂、对外界环境变化敏感等特点,运行管理难度较大,通常采用仿真培训应用软件作为运算工具开展人员培训、运行方案制定等工作。自主开发的液化天然气接收站仿真培训应用软件v1.0以工艺流程模拟为基础,集成控制逻辑与连锁保护系统模拟于一体,采用分布式网络结构,系统全面再现实际站场工艺流程、设备操作、控制逻辑、优化运行、操作培训等功能,结构设计上具有集成化、网络化、模块化特点,满足了大型接收站规模化培训需求,在国内基本实现工业化应用,技术达到国内领先水平,正逐步替代国外进口产品。 LNG receiving terminal is characterized for its complicated process and sensitivity to the external environmental changes. Thanks to its difficult operation and management, the simulation and training software is usually adopted as calculation tools for personnel training and formulation of operational plan. Therefore, the LNG receiving terminal simulation and training software V1.0 is independently developed, which is based on process flow simulation and integrated with control logic and chain protection system simulation. It adopts a distributed network structure and systematically and comprehensively displays a series of functions, such as actual terminal process flow, operation of equipment, control logic, optimized operation and operational training. The structural design is unique for its integration, network and modules, satisfying the demand for large-scale training by big receiving terminals. The software has been basically industrialized at home and reached the advanced domestic technological level, gradually replacing the imported foreign products.
