摘要 高压大型快开盲板因安全可靠性要求高,结构设计和强度计算复杂,80%需要从国外引进。为此自主研发了高压卡箍型快开盲板和高压大型压力环式快开盲板,通过分析传统快开盲板的缺点,优化了材料选择、结构设计与工艺,在大尺寸球面机械加工、关键零部件焊接变形控制、大件小直径深孔钻、长距离同心孔镗削加工、“锁环”机械加工方面形成关键技术,装备性能可靠、先进,达到国际领先水平,可节约造价20%-30%,满足了我国大型、特大型油气工程的需要。 Eighty percent of high-pressure and large-scale quick switch blind plates needs to be imported from abroad thanks to their high safety and reliability as well as complicated structural design and strength calculation. replacing the imported foreign products High-pressure clamped quick switch blind and high-pressure and large-scale pressure ring quick switch blind are independently developed. This paper analyzes the shortages of traditional quick switch blind, selection of material, structural design and process optimization. A series of key technology has been developed for large-size spherical surface machinery processing, deformation control over key part welding, small-diameter deep pore on large parts and long-distance concentric hole processing and “lock ring” machinery processing. The reliability of the product reaches the advanced international level. It saves the cost by 20-30 percent and meets the demand of China’s large-scale and giant oil and gas engineering projects.
