摘要
为改变我国高性能油管防腐涂料主要依赖国外进口局面,针对国内油气田井下管材腐蚀因素,参考进口油管防腐涂料性能,开发出适应于涂敷作业线的高性能溶剂型YG油管防腐蚀涂料。由高玻璃化温度的双酚A环氧树脂和改性酚醛树脂在加热条件下进行反应形成耐温高分子聚合物作为成膜物,采用经过硅烷偶联剂处理的超细硅微粉等耐磨填料,提高涂层致密性、附着性及耐磨性。涂层在高温高压试验(180℃,70MPa)中,pH值为12.5碱性介质中浸泡24h,涂层无裂纹、鼓泡、脱落等现象,热分解温度不小于260℃,满足了酸性油气田油管防腐蚀要求。
China is dependent on import of high-performance oil pipeline coatings at the present time. To change this situation, the high-performance YG oil pipeline anti-corrosion coating of solvent type is developed in the light of corrosion factors affecting downhole tubular of domestic oil and gas fields and with reference to the functions of imported anti-corrosion coatings. It is composed of bisphenol A epoxy resin and modified phenolic resin of high glass transition temperature. The film high temperature-resistant high-molecular polymer is formed as film by means of reaction under the heating condition. The coating’s fillers include superfine silica powder processed by silane coupling agent. The processed superfine silica powder has a better adhesion to the resin and improves compactness abrasive resistance of the coating. Subject to high-temperature and high-pressure tests (180℃, 70MPa), the coating is not cracking, bubbling or flaking in the pH 12.5 alkaline medium for 24 hours. The temperature for heat decomposition is no less than 260℃, meeting the anti-corrosion requirements for oil pipelines at acidic oil and gas fields.
