摘要
老式套管定压放气阀在使用过程中存在更换时需要动火作业和长时间停井,劳动强度大、效率低下,阀座或阀体如损坏就得报废套管定压放气阀造成浪费等问题。新型套管定压放气阀在不改变老式装置的原料组成和工作原理的基础上研制而成,由阀座、阀体、阀球、弹簧、堵头组成,并配有阀座更换专用工具。改造后的阀体是一个密封的整体,消除了阀体与阀座连接处发生油气泄露污染环境的现象。安装和更换无需动火,更换阀座一个人使用专用工具只需15min,已在吐哈油田各个采油厂推广,应用中降低了劳动强度,提高了工作效率,增加了开工时率,降低了作业费用。
A series of problems existed in use of old-style casing pressure release valve. For example, replacement of the valve requires welding service, long time for shutdown of well and high labor intensity, leading to low efficiency. Casing pressure release valve has to be abandoned once valve seat or valve body is damaged. A new-type casing pressure release valve is developed without changing raw materials and work principle of the old-style valve. It is composed of valve seat, valve body, valve ball, spring and plug and equipped with dedicated replacement tools. The valve body is a sealed one-body after transformation, eliminating environmental pollution caused by oil and gas leakage from the joint between valve body and valve seat. Installation and replacement require no welding service. Replacement of valve seat takes a person only 15 minutes with the help of dedicated tools. Used in various oil production plants of Turpan-Hami Oilfield, it lowers labor intensity, improves work efficiency, extends operating rate and reduces service cost.
