摘要 为了适应我国清洁汽油生产的需要,开发了催化裂化汽油选择性加氢脱硫DSO工艺技术及配套的催化裂化汽油选择性加氢脱硫系列催化剂。该系列催化剂制备流程简单,无贵金属、无分子筛,通过精细调控氧化铝载体孔结构、酸性质,采用水热处理、化学助剂改性、配制稳定多组元活性组分共浸液等技术手段,实现了催化剂孔结构、酸性质、活性相三者优化匹配,使其具有高活性、高选择性、高稳定性,实现了催化汽油中不同含硫化合物的分段脱除,有效抑制了烯烃饱和,辛烷值损失小。该系列产品已成功在中国石油庆阳石化公司70×10^4t/a、中国石油大庆炼化公司150×10^4t/a、中国石油哈尔滨石化公司90×10^4t/a等5套催化汽油加氢装置上得到工业应用,结果表明,该催化剂原料适应性强,反应条件缓和,脱硫率高,辛烷值损失小,液收高,运转周期长,技术成熟可靠。 To meet China’s demand for production of clean gasoline, a series of catalysts is developed using selective hydrodesulfurization (DSO) process for FCC gasoline. The preparation process of this series is simple and free from noble metal and zeolite. A number of techniques are used, such as modification of pore structure and acid quality by fine-tuning alumina carrier, use of hydrothermal treatment and chemical additive, and preparation of stable Co-Mo solution. The pore structure, acidity and activity of catalyst are optimized and matched with one another. The catalyst is of high activity, high selectivity and high stability bringing about a in-depth desulfurization in FCC gasoline, effectively inhibiting olefin saturation and reducing octane number loss. The series of products has been successfully used in five sets of catalytic gasoline hydrogenation units, including the 700,000 tons/year facility of PetroChina Qingyang Petrochemical Company, the 1.5 million tons/year facility of PetroChina Daqing Oil Refining Company and the 900,000 tons/year facility of PetroChina Harbin Petrochemical Company. The results of industrial application indicate that this catalyst is characterized for its strong adaptability to feed stock, moderate reaction conditions, high desulfurization rate, low loss of octane number, high liquid yield, long operating period and reliable technological maturity.
