颞浅动脉旁皮下注射复方樟柳碱对眼科手术后眼底血液动力学的影响

Effect of subcutaneous injection of compound anisodine around superficial temporal artery on fundus hemodynamics after ophthalmic surgery

目的:探讨颞浅动脉旁皮下注射复方樟柳碱对眼科手术后眼底血液动力学的影响。方法 :选取眼科择期手术患者114例随机分为观察组与对照组各57例,观察组术后在患侧眼颞浅动脉旁皮下注射复方樟柳碱注射液,对照组则注射等体积生理盐水。测定眼底血液动力学、最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、振荡电位(OPs)指标,比较两组患者上述指标的差异。结果 :治疗前,两组患者红细胞聚集指数、纤维蛋白原、全血黏度、血浆黏度与红细胞比容等血液动力学指标比较差异无统计学意义。治疗后,全部患者血液动力学指标均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组血液动力学指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组BCVA、OPs明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),且明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者ADR发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论 :颞浅动脉旁皮下注射复方樟柳碱有助于稳定眼科手术后眼底血液动力学指标,且改善视觉功能。

Objective：To investigate the effect of subcutaneous injection of compound anisodine around superifcial temporal artery on fundus hemodynamics after ophthalmic surgery.Methods：One hundred and fourteen cases of ophthalmic elective surgery patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 57 cases each. Compound anisodine was subcutaneously injected around superifcial temporal artery in the observation group while only an equal volume of saline in the control group. The indexes of fundus hemodynamics, best corrected visual acuity （BCVA） and oscillatory potentials （OPS） index were compared.Results：The comparison of hemodynamic indexes including erythrocyte aggregation index, ifbrinogen, blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and hematocrit showed no statistical signiifcance between two groups before treatment and these indexes were signiifcantly lower after treatment than before, and in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. BCVA and OPs indexes were signiifcantly higher after treatment than before （P〈0.05）, and in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. There was no signiifcant difference in the incidence of adverse reaction between two groups.Conclusion：Subcutaneous injection of compound anisodine around superifcial temporal artery is helpful to stabilize hemodynamic indexes after ophthalmic surgery and can improve the visual function.
