塞来昔布胶囊联合延郁通络膏治疗退行性膝关节炎疼痛40例疗效观察

Efficacy of celecoxib capsule combined with Yansuotongluo plaster in treatment of 40 cases of patients with the pain of degenerative knee arthritis

目的 :观察塞来昔布胶囊配合延郁通络膏治疗退行性膝关节炎的临床疗效。方法 :将80例退行性膝关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。两组患者均口服塞来昔布胶囊200 mg,1日2次,治疗组加用延郁通络膏膝关节外用2 d换药1次,疗程1月。观察治疗前、治疗后1周,治疗后1月Lysholm膝关节功能评分、视觉模拟评分(VAS),并进行疗效评估。结果 :两组总有效率分别为92.5%、74.4%(P<0.05);两组患者治疗1周后、治疗1月后Lysholm评分、VAS得分均较治疗前变化明显(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组Lysholm评分在治疗1月后有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 :塞来昔布胶囊口服配合延郁通络膏外用,治疗退行性膝关节炎具有较好的疗效,且无明显不良反应。

Objective：To observe the clinical efifcacy of celecoxib capsule combined with Yansuotongluo plaster in the treatment of degenerative knee arthritis.Methods：Eighty patients with degenerative knee arthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 40 cases each. All the patients were given celecoxib capsules treatment （200 mg, po, bid）. The treatment group was given Yansuotongluo plaster externally at the same time （changed the plaster every 2 days） for one month. The efifcacy was evaluated before and one week and one month after treatment and the changes of Lysholm knee score and visual analogue scale （VAS） score were observed.Results：The total effective rate was 92.5% in the treatment group and 74.4% in the control group （P〈0.05）. The score of Lysholm knee and VAS were signiifcantly reduced in both groups after treatment （P〈0.05）. Lysholm knee score was significantly improved in the treatment group compared with the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Celecoxib capsule combined with Yansuotongluo plaster has good efficacy in the treatment of degenerative knee arthritis with little adverse reaction.
