社会主义协商民主,是对选举民主的有效补充,丰富和发展了社会主义民主政治。农工民主党安徽省委编写的《协商民主理论与实践研究》一书,从参政党角度对社会主义协商民主理论和实践研究作了三个方面研究:协商民主理论研究,在梳理中西协商民主理论研究的基础上,从参政党角度提出自己的理论认识,概念准确,内涵全面,理论准确,提出多种协商民主形式;协商民主实践研究,有实践回顾,有对实践中存在问题的思考等;参政党与协商民主建设关系研究,阐述了参政党在协商民主制度建设中有着重要的地位和作用,其特殊性和优势是显而易见的,提出了如何提高民主党派参与协商民主水平的办法。该书观点系统、全面,有新意,促进了社会主义协商民主研究。

The socialist deliberative democracy is an effective complement to the electoral democracy,which enriches and develops the socialist democratic politics.＂Deliberative Democracy Theory and Practice Research＂written by Anhui Province Committee of Peasants＇ and Workers＇ Democratic Party studies three aspects of socialist deliberative democracy theory and practice from the perspective of participating parties. The first aspect is about deliberative democracy theories , their own theoretical knowledge on the basis of combing Chinese and western deliberative democracy theory research and from the perspective of participating parties,the definition is accurate,the connotation is comprehensive,the theory is accurate,and various forms of the deliberative democracy are put forward. The second one is about deliberative democracy practice research,which has a practice to review and thinking about the problems existing in the practice. The third one is about the relationship between the participating parties and deliberative democracy construction,which states an important position and role in the construction of participating parties in deliberative democracy system,its particularity and advantage are obvious,and it puts forward how to improve the level of the democratic parties participating in deliberative democracy. The book＇s views are systematic,comprehensive and creative,and it will promote the study of socialist deliberative democracy.
