国内有关联盟标准和团体标准的研究现状综述

The Review of Research Status for Union Standards and Consortium Standards in Domestic

本文主要综述了国内关于联盟标准和团体标准发展的研究现状,对联盟标准的起源、定义、作用和局限性进行分析,结合我国目前实施联盟标准的实例进行评价分析。不同类型产业实施联盟标准的效果有所不同,联盟标准也会带来产品或地域性的垄断。尽管我国对联盟标准的文献研究很多,但在研究方向上还不够全面,而基于团体标准的研究却显不足。

This article mainly summarized the domestic on union standards and consortium standards development status quo of the research. With the example of China＇s current implementation union standard evaluation analysis, the origin of the alliance with standard, definition, function and limitation are analyzed. Effect of different kinds of alliance of industry standard is different, union standard may cause product or regional monopoly. Although the union standards of the alliance with a lot of literature research, but the research is not comprehensive and based on the research of consortium standards is inadequate.
