恶性肿瘤脾虚证患者T淋巴细胞亚群分布与脾虚证的关系

Relationships between T Lymphocyte Substets Distribution and Insufficiency of the Spleens of Patients with Malignant Alimentary Tract Tumors

目的 探讨恶性肿瘤患者 T淋巴细胞亚群分布与脾虚证的关系。方法 采用 Wu T系列单克隆抗体试剂建立的碱性磷酸酶—抗碱性磷酸酶 (APAAP)免疫桥法检测了 30例正常人和 36例晚期消化系恶性肿瘤脾虚证患者外周血 T淋巴细胞亚群 ,同时测定免疫球蛋白含量。结果 晚期肿瘤脾虚证患者不仅总 T(CD3)细胞降低 ,CD4及 CD4/CD8亦显著降低 ,CD8活性显著升高 ,免疫球蛋白 Ig G、Ig A、Ig M和补体 C3与正常人比较无差异。结论 恶性肿瘤伴脾虚证患者免疫调节异常主要表现为 T淋巴细胞为中心的细胞免疫功能低下 ,与中医辨证相一致。

Objective To explore the relationships between T lymphocyte substets distribution and insufficiency of the spleens of patients with malignant alimentary tract tumors.Methods Peripheral T lymphocyte subsets from 36 patients with insufficency of the spleen caused by advanced malignant alimentary tract tumors and from 30 cases of healthy persons were determined by alkaline phosphatase antialkaline phosphatase(APAAP) immune bridge technique set up by the WuT monoclonal antibody reagent.The immunoglobulin content was also determined.Results In comparison with healthy group, the CD 3 (total T cell)cells,CD 4(T helper/inducer)cell and CD 4/CD 8(Th/Ts) in the advanced cancer group significantly decreased (P 0.05 and P<0.01),but CD8(T suppresor/cytotoxic)was obviously higher (P<0.05).No significant difference was found in IgA,IgG,IgM and complement C in both groups.Conclusion Immunogenic regulation abnormality was the main manifestation of patients with malignant alimentary tumors accompanied by insufficiency of spleens, which agreed with Chinese medicine differentiation of symptoms and signs.
