日前，记者从青岛市人社局相关部门获悉，为鼓励大众创业。促进创业带动就业，使创业者获得更快的发展，青岛市出台了一系列相关扶持政策，三大类政策分别为创业补贴类扶持政策、创业带动就业类扶持政策、创业担保贷款类扶持政策。

The reporter has learnt from the O.ingdao Municipal Bureau of Human Resource and Social Security that Q ingdao has introduced policies to encourage mass entrepreneurship, expand employment and promote growth of entrepreneurs. The policies mainly have three focuses, providing subsidies, promoting employment by encouraging business startups and offering secured loans.
