摘要
为生产低成本、环保型增塑剂,选取废弃食用油为主要原料,以过氧化氢为供氧体,甲酸为载氧体,浓硫酸为催化剂来制备环氧脂肪酸酯。用红外光谱(FT–IR)表征产品,结果表明,环氧键存在于产品分子中。改变甲酸、过氧化氢、浓硫酸的用量及反应温度、时间等影响因素,测定产品的环氧值、酸值。通过单因素实验法优化工艺,得到了废弃食用油的较佳的环氧化反应条件。
For producing the low-cost and eco-friendly plasticizers, the epoxy fatty acid esters were prepared by choosing the waste edible oil as main raw material, hydrogen peroxide as oxygen donor, formic acid as oxygen carrier and concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst. The products were characterized by using FT-IR spectrum. The results show that the epoxy bond exists in the product molecules. The epoxy values and acidic values of the products were determined by changing the influencing factors including the amounts of formic acid, hydrogen peroxide and concentrated sulfuric acid as well as reaction temperature, time etc. The preferred epoxidation reaction conditions of the waste edible oil were obtained by means of the single-factor experiment method to optimize the technology.
