摘要
建立了一种安定剂含量的高效液相色谱测定方法,该方法可同时测定NEPE(硝酸酯增塑聚醚)推进剂中的MNA(N–甲基对硝基苯胺)和2–NDPA(2–硝基二苯胺),通过实验获得了最佳色谱测定条件;绘制了2种安定剂的标准曲线,相关系数均大于0.99。在最佳色谱条件下对推进剂样品的测试结果显示,该方法的相对标准偏差≤0.76%,相对误差≤7%,加标回收率为89%~111%,证明所建立的方法准确可靠。
A determination method of stabilizer content with high performance liquid chromatography was founded. This method can simultaneously determine MNA(N-methyl-p-nitroaniline) and 2-NDPA(2-nitro diphenylamine) in NEPE(nitrate ester plasticized polyether) propellant. The optimized determination conditions were obtained by the experiments, the standard curves of two stabilizers were drawn, the correlation coefficients are all more than 0.99. The testing results of the propellant samples under the optimized conditions show that the relative standard deviation is not more than 0.76%, the relative error is not more than 7%, the standard addition recovery rate is 89% ~111%. It is proved that this method is accurate and reliable.
