摘要
目的:测定河北承德产黄芩植株不同部位野黄芩苷的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定河北承德隆化县黄芩GAP种植基地产黄芩植株不同部位(根、茎、叶、籽种壳)野黄芩苷的含量。色谱条件:柱温20.0℃、流动相甲醇:水:甲酸(20:80:0.4)、流速0.8ml/min、检测波长335nm。结果:承德产黄芩植株根、茎、叶、籽种壳中野黄芩苷的含量分别为0.94%、12.57%、10.54%、1.89%。结论:野黄芩苷在黄芩植株不同部位的含量分布为茎>叶>籽种壳>根。
Objective: To determine the scutellarin content in different parts of Chengde Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. Methods: HPLC was used to determine the scutellarin content in different parts(root, stem, leaf, seedshell) of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi produced in Chengde Longhua GAP planting base. The chromatographic condition: column temperature was 20.0℃, mobile phase was methanol-water-formic acid(20:80:0.4), fl ow rate was 0.8ml/min, detection wavelength was 335 nm. Results: The scutellarin content in root, stem, leaf and seedshell of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi produced in Chengde was respectively 0.94%, 12.57%, 10.54% and 1.89%. Conclusions: The scutellarin content distribution in different parts of Chengde Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi is stem〉leaf〉seedshell〉root.
