基于降低增压器泄压阀噪声的进气系统优化方案研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了降低增压器泄压阀噪声,避免客户抱怨并改善用户驾乘体验,故针对进气系统(包括增压器前和增压器后)展开一系列研究工作。在进气系统管路上设计多个消声元件,并通过CAE分析和NVH测试,以验证方案的有效性。试验结果表明,所实施的全系统优化方案能有效降低增压器泄压阀噪声水平,对相关NVH问题的解决有一定的指导意义。 In order to reduce the compressor by - pass valve noise level, avoid the customer complaints and improve the driving feeling, carry out a series of study job and design multiple silencer elements focus on the intake system( include before and after turbocharger) . through CAE analysis and NVH test, to verify the effectiveness of intake system new proposal. The test results show that the sys- tem- wide optimization proposal implemented can effectively reduce the compressor by -pass valve noise level and The proposal will provide the reference for the similar issues in the future.
